The day XX/XX/XX I invested the quantity of XX.XX in this program. According to the Terms of Service stated in the website it is supposed that they will pay XX% of the deposited amount, as I also show in the screenshot uploaded. The site should have paid me the day XX/XX/XX the amount of XX.xx, but as you can observe in my payza account I have not received anything from them since that day.
I strongly believe that I am in a case of fraud or scam, as I have sent messages to their support and I have no answers.
dependiendo del sitio poner esto si en el sitio aparece que les pagaron y no es verdad tambien tomar un screenshot y subirlo como prueba

Esta es una queja muy general, con la cual gane todas mis disputas en las HYIP, incluso si me decian que lo sentian pero no habia dinero en la cuenta del scamer para devolverme algo, o en ocaciones solo me daban una parte ya que lo dividian entre todos los usuarios estafados.

Para una PTC No hay algo general pero podria crearse una pequeña plantilla dependiendo de dos cosas
si compraste una membrecia (es el dinero mas facil de recuperar) o si compraste anuncios y o referidos 

Nunca mencionen que rentaron referidos siempre dejen sus disputas un poco ambiguas, con solo la informacion SUFICIENTE no entren en detalles a menos que les sean requeridos, y a menos que tengan las pruebas, que los referidos no hagan clicks no es una prueba de estafa!

Esta es la que acabo de ganar en payza les dejo el texto:

As well as I always respect the TERMS OF SERVICE of a site, I am always looking that they respect their own TOS. In this website I purchased a membership, in order to get more benefits, but now this is worthless. I tried to make a cashout money from this site and it has been pending for more than 2 days. The support in the website is not answering my emails, I have sent 3 of them, one per each day they don't pay me. I also tried to post in their forum but it is blocked, it says that my post need permission to be shown.
Their TOS state that payza payments are instant and if I can not be Paid membership is worthless, so I hope that Payza team help me with this issue as you always have help me because it seems that I have been scammed. 
I can not ask for a compensation in the website because I have the risk of being banned from the site even if he accords to pay me in some time or in the next payments, so I want a refund of my money.
They are breaking their own laws, this is not acceptable at all.

Otro ejemplo de una ganada

I bought a membership but the website of this seller is gone.I have contacted him and is not answering. I would really appreciate if you could help me with this the website is www.scamingsite.com as stated before, as is worthless to have a membership if there is no website for being member of.
I would really apreciate your help in this, as if the website comes back I find this not trustful, because of the lack of customer support and they can ban me at anytime they want because of this dispute.

Hello in the website mentioned in this dispute, I have purchased a service, which I have not received, I upload the screenshots for you to see that my purchase is not credited, and it doesn't exist in the site, it is like I have never bought anything.
I have contacted their support I upload also a picture of the message I sent them, but they are not answering, it has been XX days since I contacted them with and no answer has been given.
As per their terms of service they will delete or ban my account for opening a dispute, but I tried to contacted them with no answer.
I would realy apreciate your help as I might have been scammed

Recuerden que el peor error es dar más dias a los estafadores, aunque ellos lo pidan! recuerden que tienen su dinero, ese dinero que ganamos con cada click que hacemos y referimos gente 

Otro y la ultima forma de ganar su dinero, la más facil y la más peligrosa para su cuenta de payza o paypal
esto no recomiendo hacerlo a menos de que involucre mucho dinero ya que pueden perder la cuenta de el procesador de pago! ojo no siempre pero es una posibilidad muy grande""

Es muy facil, si pagaron con tarjeta de crédito/debito lo único que deben hacer es llamar a su banco y decir que no reconocen una compra, que es muy probable que te hayan clonado o cargado eso ya que haces muchas compras por internet
SU BANCO ES LA LEY en pocas palabras ellos tomaran el dinero mediante Mastercard o Visa de el procesador de pagos algo asi como
mira mi cliente quiere este dinero, el no lo compro y le quitan el dinero, 
el banco les dará de baja su tarjeta en algunas ocaciones por el riesgo de haber mas compras con esa "clonada en internet" y les enviaran otra...

Ojo! como dije esto ultimo en casos muy extremos!
